#woMAN – Women at the forefront of logistics: Interview with Bujtás-Kiss Emese

On the occasion of International Women’s Day, MAN Hungary is conducting a series of interviews with outstanding women from the logistics industry under the title #woMAN to shed light on their experiences and perspectives. One of these interviews is with Bujtás-Kiss Emese, Managing Director of J.S. Logistics Kft, a leading logistics service provider with almost 20 years of success, almost 100 tractor units and a large network of subcontractors. Bujtás-Kiss Emese shares her experiences about the challenges and successes of being a woman at the helm of a large logistics company, the importance of empathy, flexibility and personal relationships in leadership, and overcoming gender stereotypes in a male-dominated industry.
